I don't know why it's so hard to get on here and blog! Seriously! I always have something going on in my brain. Where have I been these past few months.....Here why don't I show you

April 15th 2011

This picture was taken a few days after I had surgery. Dr thought he was removing a cyst from my leg, turned out to be a tumor that started behind my knee and went halfway down my calf, wrapping itself around muscles,ligaments and tendons! Good times!!! I also have a tumor inside my tibia, they couldn't get that one so they just left it in there(Otherwise there would have been bone smashing????) Anyways before I go any farther tumors where benign. My leg was literaly brusied from ass to ankle! 29 staples and a nice 7 inch incision(so excited for bathing suit season!!!)
A few weeks after it had healed I was sitting in the couch with my knees up and my scar looked sad :(

7 weeks later and I am back to work. I just bought tickets to see my favorite band of ALL TIME!!!!! Pearl Jam. I also have started taking pictures again, so things are going well. Here are a few snapshots I took boating last weekend!

Wow it has been like 120 days since my last blog! Holy F**K. The funny thing is, I haven't been busy, in fact I have been sitting on my butt since the end of December(knee issues, and that's a post all in itself.) So I figured, hey, what better day to come back than random tuesday...

Men should not be left alone with chainsaws.....seriously. This past weekend my husband decided to "prune" our maple tree

In all fairness the tree had some problems, and we are landscaping our front yard and yada, yada yada, you probably really don't care about the rest...In fact, I don't know if I even have any followers left! I have been following everyones blogs, I just haven't been commenting, I know, I am a horrible blogger, but I promise to be better!!!! Now that I am off work until May, well I have nothing but time. So I plan on blogging and commenting once again!

Halloween!!!!

What a busy freaking weekend!!! 2 birthday parties, shopping for skis, work, Halloween Party and finally Trick or Treating. I love Halloween, the only thing that I don't like about this holiday is that it is the one day that you are likely to see a clown........and those are just not good in my world. On Friday I was doing some last minute shopping and while I was driving in my car I stopped at a red light, when I looked in my rear view mirror there was a Freaking clown driving behind me.....I almost peed my pants. I debated blowing through the red light, but didn't and couldn't stop looking in my mirror to see if he was getting out of the car to come kill me!!!
Saturday night I went to a kid less Halloween Party and had a lot of fun!

It looks like wounds all over my husband!!! They are tattoo's, he went as a thug,punk,criminal, whatever you want to call it. He managed to steal my gun at some point during the evening!!!

On Sunday it was the kids turn! I had a little punk rocker and Slash(Guns&Roses) not a killer!! lol

2010 Salmon Run

Adams River,BC

After a 500km journey 15 million salmon will end up dying where they were born! So as you can guess although there is a lot of them, with all the dead and dying ones the smell is a little nasty!

Today was a beautiful day 22º(that's 72º for my American friends) My family went hiking and I finally got to take some pictures!!!! I haven't picked up my camera in months. I have been so busy with my 2 jobs, and working at the kids school as well that I haven't had any time, it was really bothering me because photography is my passion and I was just to busy or to tired to even pick up my camera. With the changing of seasons, the leaves are just starting to fall and are the most amazing colours, I just love this time of year.

I do get a break from all the crazy soon! In 17 days, one of my best friends and I(and the hubbies) are heading to Vegas for 4 days!!!

Before I leave I wanted to share a link to another blog. This girl and I went to high school together and recently became friends on facebook. She shared a post she had written the other day and it really surprised me. She had written about an event that had happened in high school that I don't really remember but had stuck with her(for obvious reasons) It just goes to show you that even small things you do can affect people whether it be good or bad. True Story and Oh So Funny!!

I have an extremely funny story for you, seriously, it will make you laugh. Feel free to tell others, they will laugh.....

A friend of mine works with disabled adults like I do, the other day she told me a story about her client and I had to share, because honestly I don't think I have laughed that hard in a long time!!!
Her client needs 24hr care, which is split into three 8 hr shifts. The young man is allowed to be left alone for 3 hours a day, so each shift gets an hour break. While my friend was on her break she received a phone call from her client. He was very excited and told her that he had caught a Hobbit (I'm sure most people know what a hobbit is, if for some reason you don't, it's the little dwarf like people from Lord Of The Rings) anyways he was hollering and very happy about finding a Hobbit!
So she was a little concerned and decided to head home. When she arrived back at the house he was in the doorway jumping up and down rubbing his hands together squealing "I caught a Hobbit! I caught a Hobbit!"
She followed him down the hallway to a closet door......wait for it.......
He opened the door and inside was a very terrified midget!!! I kid you not!
It was a Jehovah witness, that happened to be a midget, that had come to the door. Her client had seen the man, figuring he was a hobbit and dragged him down the hallways and locked him in a closet. After the police were called the man said he would not press charges, the police officer was trying his hardest not to laugh, as the young man kept jumping up and down waving at the midget yelling "Hi Hobbit" and "That's my Hobbit"

A weekend at the lake

This past weekend my family went to the lake. The weather was beautiful!!! (see picture below)

After we got the boat all covered and ran for cover the rain slowed a little. Luckily we had a cabin for the weekend because the weather pretty much stayed the same.

When there was a break in the clouds my husband and a friend of ours took the boys out in the boat. The lake was extremely shallow. At one point the depth finder went from 12 feet to 1 foot in a matter of seconds, sadly not long enough to raise the prop. So you ask, what happens when the lake is only one foot deep and did I mention there was a large boulder on the bottom.......(see picture below)

Thankfully we had another prop. After the boating incident my hubby was getting something from the truck, before locking the truck he checked his pocket. yup keys are there, so he locked the truck up. DOH! that would be the boat keys in his pocket, now we were locked out of the truck. (See picture below)

Eventually we did see the sun, so we went out for another boat ride, carefully this time. Here is a cool shot of the lake I got.

Just when I thought nothing else bad could happen.... I got stung in the face by a wasp! Nice! (No picture)

All and all it was an eventful trip, it wasn't all bad though, we were there with great friends and made the best of our rainy weekend. Here are a few other shots I got.

I'm really going to try harder to start blogging more often, I am going to start tomorrow by going to visit everyones blogs and see what you have all been up to.

Wow, I give credit to the people that can blog all the time....How do you find the time!!!
Summer is already half over and moving fast!! I started another job 2 weeks ago, so I have been keeping busy. I work 2-3 days a week with a diabled gentelman, then I have my regular job evenings and occasional weekends looking after 2 disabled ladies. It has been keeping me crazy busy. This is the first time since my children were born that I needed daycare.
We also bought a boat this summer. It's a 1992 19.5 foot Bayliner classic. We have been having an amazing time on the boat!!

Right now there is alot of forest fires here in BC. Several are around the city I live in. Outisde you can barely see the mountains because of all the smoke. For the last few weeks it has been between 30-37 everyday (That's 87-100 degrees Fahrenheit for my American friends) We had a small amount of rain yesterday for the first time in over a month, of course it came with thunder and lightning which doesn't help at all.

My mom is truely an amazing woman! She lost her best friend last year to cancer, right now two of her close friends are battling cancer. One of her friends is in chemo therapy and will be losing her hair shortly, my mom is going to shave her head as well for her friend. When she told me this I was thinking if I would be brave enough to do something like that, or would any of my friends do that for me. I'm happy that her friends have someone like her in their life. She truly is a beauiful, thoughtful person. I am proud to have her as my mom. I would love it if you could stop by her blog and tell her what a great thing it is that she is doing. thanks.

Alaska Day 2

Ok so I know there was a bit of a delay in between Day 1 and Day 2, but I have been really busy. I started back to work and have been spending more time outside.

We woke up early the next morning and headed up for some breakfast in the buffet. The food was pretty good, although having cinnamon buns and bacon every morning is not so good for the figure. There was a seminar in the morning about shopping once we docked, so we figured we would go to it. BIG MISTAKE!!! After listening to "Flash Gordon" describe every single jewlery store in all the ports we would be going to we felt like sleeping or throwing things at him!!! It felt like a time share presentation! all we really wanted was the VIP card for the shopping, turns out we didn't even need to go to presentaion we could have picked up the VIP cards after the show at the reception desk!!!
Later in the after noon we went for drinks in the Martini bar and played "Name that Broadway tune" Afterwards we had dinner in one of the 2 formal resturants, great food!
After dinner we wandered to the front of the ship and were surprised to see that no one else was there!!

We were disapointed not to be able to watch the Canucks game, apparently us Canadians care more about Hockey then our neighbors to the south!! Only baseball!!! I caught the score in the casino on the sports channel! And that was day 2. Tomorrow we arrive in Ketchinken.

Alaska Trip Day 1

We arrived in Vancouver the night before to spend the evening with my brother, then he drove us to Canada Place (where the ship leaves from) We arrived at Canada Place at 10:30am, we were suprized to see that there were 3 cruise ships docked there, that meant there was going to be alot of people there!!

We wandered around for awhile then at about 11:30 we decided to head down to see where we needed to be. Us and 7000 other people, and I am not exaggerating. 3 cruise ships each carrying around 2000 passangers each all were put in the same line up. After being told to go to several differant places we got in a crazy line and halfway through were told we needed to leave the line and take our luggage to another place...seriously! Then we returned back to the end of the line up, secretly laughing at all the people in front of us with all there luggage knowing that soon they would have to leave as well, getting us that much closer to the ship!

3 1/2 hours later we made it through customs and got onto the boat, it was now 2:30pm. We were immediatly handed a large colourful drink, how nice, NOT seconds after recieving the drink we were asked for our room number and signiture $20! EEK, oh well after that crazy wait the drink was worth it. We decided to go drop our stuff off and check out our room first.

We wandered around the ship for a few hours, eagerly waiting to go, 4 1/2 hours later we set sail, the weather that day was absoloutly beautiful! Here are a few pictures of Vancouver as we left the city and headed towards ALASKA!!!!!

After wandering around the ship and finding everything we headed to the Stardust Theatre, where they had "sneak preview performances of all the shows that would be playing that week.

Then it was off to bed, we were exausted!!!! Day 2 was just going to be a sailing day, and we would be arriving at our first port in Ketchikan on Monday.

If you click on the picture of the squirrel you can see him better. He was making all sorts of chattering noises so I snuck up to take his picture, seconds after I took this shot he charged after me.....I have never been charged by a squirrel before!!!

I haven't been on blogger in quite a while, I still read everyones blogs, sorry I haven't been comenting, but I still am reading them!
Last week my family was pretty sick with the flu, then on Wednesday I felt pretty sick but also had some severe stomache pain, so I tried to spend the day in bed. Around lunch the pain was so bad I called my husband home from work and told him I needed to go to the hospital. I thought it might have been my appendix. After 22 LONNNNNNNNNNNGG hours in the emergency room and an ultasound and CT scan they discovered I had a 6cm cyst on my ovary that had caused it to twist! So I had to go in for emergency surgery to have it removed. I am now at home and it is day 5 since my surgery, doing better, just bored of being at home and resting. I leave for my Alaskan Cruise in 9 days so I want to be well rested for that. So I don't know if I will blog to much inbetween now and then. I just thought I should write something here so I don't start losing followers. I AM reading your blogs, and I will start commenting again soon. :)

I am planning a trip to Seattle on my son's birthday, which happens to be the 4th of July!!! We are looking to find a hotel somewhere that we can either watch the fireworks from a balcony, or be close enough to walk somewhere to see them!!!! I would love some help from someone who lives there. I have been online for hours and am getting completely lost!! I have also asked my bro Captain Dumbass to help out as well, because he has so many more followers than I do. So if you or someone you know lives in Seattle or has been there for the fireworks before and could help me out......well I would be extremely greatful!!!!!!! Thanks.

Wasn't it just Tuesday?

Let's see what I have for you this week.
-The deer are back and have eaten all my tulips
-My cat ate, and barfed up more hair elastics
-I'm trying desprately to lose 10 Lbs before my Alaska Cruise....which is funny cause, hey it's Alaska and I just checked the average temp for May which is 55 F.....THAT'S ONLY 12 C Brrrr never mind the weight loss I am going to throw on an extra 10 lbs to keep me warm!!!!
-Did I mention I am going to Alaska in 39 days?????

I was just looking at my pictures on my computer, right now I have 16,366 photo's on there, which takes up 157 GB of space.....*gulp* time to do some cleaning!!!!!!

I also have a few funnies from my lovely children
My husband and I are starting a home business to do with health foods, organics, gardening ect, and he was looking into business names. Then he asked the kids to make a poster for him for the business.
After hours of hard work they came to us with big smiles on their faces, beaming with pride at the work they had done.......want to know what their slogan was.....
Why die sooner!!! wow, that was right to the point!

Tonight while I was putting my daughter to bed.
Me: I want to put you in my pocket so I can carry you around with me always
Mikkii: Um I wouldn't fit in your pocket...only my foot would
Me: Fine, then I will shrink you and put you in a little glass bubble on a necklace so I can wear you close to my heart
Mikkii: But then I could never go outside and play....and I wouldn't be able to eat so I would just be dead bones in there!!!!

So I started my WTFriday post awhile back and didn't follow through with it....so It's back, like a raging case of hemorrhoids.....only with more laughs!!!

I hate to say it, but I am a BIG fan of America's Next Top Model, I have watched every single episode.....all 14 seasons. Sometimes the host (Tyra Banks) has a questionable choice in fashion, and I think who am I to criticize??? She used to be a super model, she has her own talk show and America's next top model, so who am I to say that her clothing choice is less than appealing........

Well tonight I can say WTF!!!!!!!

I mean seriously, a tight skin coloured outfit? What the hell was she thinking. The best part of this photo is the people in the background, if you look closely even they are looking at her and thinking the same thing!!!!!
Seriously it looks like a giant pair of Nylons stretched out over her whole body!!!

I know how much we all hate the super skinny ~~bitches~~ models so here is a video I want to share with you that will hopefully bring a smile to your face!

The Boy: Yesterday at my friends there was a spider stuck inside the speaker
Me: cool
The Boy: So we decided to put on some heavy metal and the spider was dancing to the music!!!
Me: Umm I don't think he was dancing as much as his poor little body was being tossed around by the massive vibration.
The boy: oh well it still looked cool!

I was over visiting Strange Pilgram and she had this cool video I wanted to share, don't know if you have seen it, but seeing how 27,491,977 people have seen it, chances are you may be one of them, if not, it's worth the watch

Wow It has been a long time since I have posted pics, let alone pic up my camera. Since I fractured my elbow a month ago I haven't touched it. Kinda hard to hold a 5 lb SLR camera in one hand and take a decent shot! In the last week my arm has been getting slowly better so I decided to get back out and take some more photo's. It was great to get back into in, didn't realize how much I misssed it til I started taking pictures again. So these are a few pictures I have taken in the last few days, some in my front yard with my kids and a few from today when a friend and her 2 year old joined me and my dog Montana on the beach!

The first one is of my son, playing in the front, I love action shots and am constanly asking the kids to "Jump"

Here's my little girl, she is super sweet but don't cross her....she might kick your butt!!!!

Well at least there is always something to come up with on Random Tuesdays..because, hey! it's Random!!

So on the last day of spring break while I am putting my daughter to bed she informs me that she wants to skip school because she is too tired. When I tell her she can't she replies
"Well just to let you know ahead of time, I am going to be cranky!!"

Here is a picture of my new car,(Toyota Matrix) she is so pretty!!! I have never owned a new car before, but thought, now is the time, before our money hungry bastard goverment brings out the new HST tax!

wow, it has been awhile since I did a Random Tuesday thought, but since I am still sitting around with a fractured elbow, there isn't really to much else to do. Now I have time to catch up on blogs, also need to find some new ones as well....any suggestions???

So anyone else watching the Olympics think that the slow motion recaps are just a little to slow, kinda freaky slow....maybe it's just me. maybe it's the vicadin......

My cat barfed up a few hair elastics the other day? WTF why would he eat hair elastics?

I'm a little sad that the Olympics are only 3 hours away and I can't make it down there, I would love to go this weekend, but my family(ungrateful bastards) are going skiing for the weekend.

If I hear one more referance to the Olympics regarding my elbow I might just punch someone. Just because I hurt it skiing and the Olympics happen to be on.....not so funny!

This year I decided to take up snowboarding, I tried it a few times and just wasn't really enjoying it to much, so I thought I would try skiing!!! so today I decided to let my kids skip school this afternoon and go skiing!!! Here in BC it has been raining mostly all winter, we had a few snowfalls back in December, but it has been raining ever since. So when we arrived at the ski hill today (which hasn't had too much snow this year) it was snowing like crazy!!! We were all stoked to hit the slopes. My kiddies went off skiing while I took my first ski lesson. I rocked! I did everything right and was having a blast, didn't fall once!

So at the end of my lesson my instructor asked if I wanted to go to the top of the hill. I said "sure" because hey, I was unstoppable today!! Big Mistake. When I got to the top of the mountain and looked down my first thought was "Oh shit, what have I done". Not wanting to look like a wimp I headed down. I got going to fast and couldn't slow down, sure enough I felt myself falling. Now, when you fall on a snowboard you either fall backwards onto your tailbone(which I did my first lesson) Or you fall forward, using your wrists(which I did my second time) With skiing, well you can pretty much fall anyway. So I fell and landed on my elbow, yes my elbow, twisting my knee in the process. I got back up and skiied the rest of the way down the hill. When I got to the bottom I could feel a slight throbbing in my elbow and noticed I couldn't straighten it. I headed to the lodge, and while on my way up the stairs I noticed my fingers were tingling. not such a good sign. I saw the medic there, and he told me I had to get someone to come get me and drive me to the hospital. Um not going to happen. So he made me a sling for my arm and I drove myself to the hospital, a nice 30 min drive.
Once I got to the hospital and got my xrays done the dr told me that my elbow joint was swollen and he figures there is a small fracture there, but he has to xray it again in a week to wait for the swelling to go down. GREAT! Now I can't work, and I will probably miss out the rest of the season. Well at least I have time to catch up on everyones blogs.

The Olympic Torch in our town

Ok so I know I said I wasn't going to be writing for awhile, but the Olympic Torch came through our city last night, which was pretty cool. so I thought I would share some photo's with you.

First we went downtown to watch the torch go by, we heard that at the cauldren lighting there was going to be around 10,000 people there so we decided to go downtown where it would be a little quieter.......

So that was over pretty quick, alot of build up then it's done. So we decided to head up the hill to the University and go join in the celebration.

Wow it's already time for another WTFriday!!!
I missed Random Tuesday thoughts this week, so I will give you some quick randomness before we get on with the 2nd addtion of WTFriday.

My sister-in-law finally had her baby on Dec 31st. Savannah came into the world weighing 10lbs, she is a beautiful little....well not so little girl.

My lovely daughter the other night was inside the house while the rest of the family was in the hot tub, so I threw a snowball at her through the window, then she yelled out the window "Screw you" So of course I look at my son, and ask him "Where did she here that?" to which he replied "I only said it once!

Today I snowboarded for the first time, I didn't do to bad, the hot Australian instructor didn't hurt either! Ayways I was doing alright til I crash landed HARD on my tailbone, now I am not feeling so great, I hope it goes away by Saturday so I can go out again.

I'm celebrating my 29th birthday tomorrow.....for the 5th time!!!

This has been an awesome week over here. Christmas went well, the kids were happy with all their loot!

We got a call on boxing day that we won 2 adult season passes to Sun Peaks (our large over priced ski hill) So that's cool. This year we are skiing at a smaller"family orientated" ski hill. Which was alot less money!! but next year we only have to buy the kids passes, so that was freaking awesome!!!

I got a new couch(sectional) for Christmas. I bought the couch on the 27th and came home and told my hubby that it wasn't very big. Some sectionals look gigantic and this one looked quite a bit smaller.....til I got it in my living room and realized....."Oh right, of course it would look small in a enormas furniture showroom"(which by the way is a few sq feet larger than my loving room.) Oh well it still looks great, now if I can keep the dog,cat and children from touching it, it will stay pretty.

Tomorrow is my birthday. I will forever be 29!! but if you are smart at math then you can figure out how old I actually am. I am going snowboarding tomorrow for the first time, so I get to spend my birthday cold, and falling on my ass!

I got the new Stephen King book (The Dome) for Christmas, great book, but damn it's flipping heavy to hold!

Other cool news, my mom and I are going on an Alaskan Cruise in May, and she just found a better deal than what we had originally, so we are a few decks higher and have a picture window in our room!!! I can't wait, my mom and I have never travelled anywhere together so It is about time!!!

My son got a couple of GC for West 49(cool clothes store) because now he has entered THAT stage

hmmm randomness. I had a failed photo shoot last night, which really sucks because time is not my friend right now. I set up my living room like a freaking studio last night, strategically placed everything for the perfect Christmas picture......ya not so much. Moving children and improper photography lighting= bad pics. So I will have to make my hubby do them tonight because I work, and tomorrow is my kids Christmas concert and so on.

It is damn freaking cold here right now. I know what you are thinking, you live in Canada and you should be used to it. WELL I AM NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The weather this week is usually weather we have in January. This morning it was -14 (That is about 6.8 F for my American Friends)

Some freak in our city right now is sending hand written letters to the elementary schools, explaining in sick explicit detail on what he wants to do to young girls.WTF? Then another letter was sent saying that they were going to kidnap a young girl this week. scary.

I have decided to take up snowboarding this year, only problem is there is no snow on the mountain yet....well there is a little snow, but not enough to board on. I know what your thinking it's -14 and there is no snow....in Canada???? Seriously. Yes....♫♫♫.I'm dreaming of a brown Christmas.........♫♫

Does anyone actually like the song The little Drummer boy??? It F*#king annoys the hell out of me, always has, and I have yet to find someone who actually does like it.

I have this program on my new laptop(yes new, I broke my other one....just in time for Christmas) Anyways it has this fun webcam video program that you can play with, the kids love it. I have a few to share with you. The first one is long so if you don't watch it all I will understand, I and my children will be crushed and maybe even cry a little, but I will understand. The second video is why I sleep with a crowbar under my bed...........

This first shot was taken when she was around 24 weeks. We were in the middle of a shoot and she just jumped in the air, and I luckily caught it, still is one of my favorites!

Wow, it has been a long time since I have been on here. Sorry that I haven't been commenting on your blogs, I still have been reading them though. I'm going to try to get back into this. It's not like I have nothing to blog about, it's just the lack of sun up here in the great white(not white yet) North has been sucking my energy out. Vitamin D from a bottle is just not the same thing.
This is the first year where I actually want it to snow, my family got a ski pass this year and are hitting the slopes, the hill opens in 9 days. I bought my first snowboard the other day, hopefully I don't break my limbs.
So I really don't have to much to say, just thought I would write something to let you know I am still alive. and I leave you with a song, on your Turkey Day!!!!

I want to share this information with as many people as I can, because I find a lot of people are only hearing one side of information, and that is the fear induced media frenzy telling you that if you do not get this vaccine you will die!! It's been a week since I have been on here, I have been busy with a sick child, my daughter was pretty sick this week. She is now feeling a lot better just left with a nasty cough! Not sure if was the regular flu or the dreaded H1N1, either way she seems to be better now. I'm curious to see what other people are doing regarding the flu shot, to take the shot or not take the shot, that is the question??? Personally I am not taking it, I have done some research and feel that It's not for me, are you getting the shot??
Anyways enough of that, on to the Halloween pictures. I hope everyone had a great Halloween, we did some trick or treating then came home and watched some of the Simpsons "Tree House of Horror!!!!". My husband and I were supposed to go to a Halloween party with friends(I did spend $70 on my costume) But due to unforeseen circumstances we ended up not going, at least I have a costume for next year or for.......oh wait my mom and my brother follow my blog..um ya for next year!

There is this amazing park near our house that has beautiful scenery and natural water springs everywhere. We went there for a hike last night before dinner and we got some great shots. I Love the fall!!!!

Sometimes, because of all the springs the path is washed out, so you have to find ways around, or through it!

I bought a new purse the other day and I love her, that's right I said her, she is so pretty.

Of course it is a replica, the real one was almost $3000, but I live in a town of under 100,000 people, so half the people in this city probably don't even know what Prada is, and the other half well they probably couldn't tell the difference.

I had a great Thanksgiving weekend, I had dinner for 20 (8 of those were all children under the age of 10) It was lots of fun, great to spend the holiday with friends and family. Next weekend the Dumbass family is coming up for a visit, so we will be doing dinner for 20 again!!!!!

Ok, I lied it's only tigers. These guys deserve what they got!!!

It's Tuesday, I am supposed to have random thoughts, hmmm, we are supposed to have a chance of snow of Sunday, brrrr.

I recently read a few zombie books, World War Z, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies, and it got me thinking, what's with all the zombie stuff lately? Does the government know something we don't. Whatever I will be prepared to kick some undead ass if I have to!!!!

We have decided not to move because there is nothing out there that we want in the price range we can afford, so I will probably have to get a second job to pay for our existing place *cue the violins*

Why do some people think they can take a classic song and remake it? Why almost all of the suck, My personal most hated remix of all time is Madonna's American Pie!!! What's yours?

MMMM thanksgiving(for us Canadians) is next weekend I am having a bunch of friends over for dinner, I love pumpkin pie!!!!!!

The following weekend the dumbass family is coming out for a visit, so we will have our usual calm sedated dinner for 20+

This Halloween I am actually going out myself, after I take the kids trick or treating, I'm super excited, I bought a costume, I am going as the sexy cop....so I can't eat for the next 3 weeks, whatever It will be fun!

Back in June, during the last week of school all the kids got a tiny little pumpkin plant to take home, the kids were to take care of their plant, and bring a pumpkin back in September to the Family Barbecue. So my daughter cared for her plant all summer, the plant eventually took over the garden, but no pumpkins. One day we noticed a small pumpkin, but a few days later the thing had rotted??? WTF? so my daughter was a little sad, and eventually gave up on this beast of foilage that was slowy taking over the back yard. I was too busy to cut back the thing so we just let it grow, and grow, and grow.........

Tonight I headed out to the garden to get some carrots for dinner and something caught my eye between the garden fence and the fence around our yard, burried amongst weeds and giant pumpkin leaves..........

Could it be................

That is one big F**king pumpkin!!!! It weighs 40-50 lbs. How does something like that stay hidden? Anyways, my baby is kicking ass tomorrow in the pumpkin contest....

Wow, so apparently I have been absent for awhile, I kept wanting to write a post then something would come up and so on. So I am in the middle of trying to finish reno's on the house and hope to have the place on the market next Monday. We are downsizing from a 3000+ sq ft home to something much smaller, we are tired of having every penny we earn go into this place so we are getting a smaller place, preferably cheap enough so we don't have mortgage. So enough whinning and on with the Random Tuesday thoughts. Yesterday I got an email called "The people of Walmart, so today I am going to share it with you.

Man I wish there was more hours in a day! Only 5 more days til the wedding(not mine, I'm a bridesmaid...or brides bitch as it should be called!!!)So this week I have 2 more shifts at work, I need to write the speech,get my spray tan,hair done, then decorate the hall, rehearsal dinner, wedding and gift opening, all while renovating the house!!!! AGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I love when you are renovating and you take down cupboards and see the weird colours of paint and wall paper the people before you have chosen!! You have to remember this was behind a cupboard, we are not filthy people,

Then behind another cupboard we found this gem!

Also I don't know if you have seen this freak on tv, trying to sell his "slap chop" but everytime I see it I laugh because he talks about chopping up everything from veggies to fruits ect, then he says "your gonna love my nuts" what an ass hat! So while I was on the internet this ad was on one of the pages. freak!

We have some crazy fires burning around our province right now, for the last week our city has been covered in smoke and ash, really gross.

Random Tuesday Thoughts, and of course photos

It's been awhile since I wrote, I haven't even been able to read anyone's blogs in awhile. I went on my last camping trip of the season, it was great other than the wasps,wind,minor injuries(sunburns,wasp stings,slivers and falls) Why does it seem to be so much work to go relax in the woods for a few days? The amount of packing, shopping, traveling and $$ involved, seems crazy!!!
My big brother, Not Dumbass but the other one just passed the 3rd part of his testing to become a police officer, very cool!
Speaking of big brother, man I love that show. I love how people put on a facade at first and try to be somebody there not, then after weeks of isolation and stress then their true colours show!(STOP TELLING ME MY CANADIAN SPELLING IS WRONG!!!!IT REALLY PISSES ME OFF) Sorry, just annoys the hell out of me COLOUR has a U!!!!! Where was I going???????
It's 2 more weeks til my friends wedding(where I am photographer/Bridesmaid) I am so glad I ran off into the Rocky Mountains and got married on the side of a mountain in my jeans, wedding's are freaking STRESSFUL!!!!
Only 15 more days til my kids are back in school, seems like summer went by way to fast.
Wanna know something else I find annoying? Well even if you don't I am telling you anyways, it's my freaking blog and I can do what I want!!!! Sorry about the hostility but I am tired, and that is where I am going with this. Every night my husband says "I'm off to bed, goodnight" and he goes and brushes his teeth then hops into bed. When I want to go to bed, here's how it goes
First I shut down my laptop(Cause that's usually where I end the night)
Next I go make sure all the doors are locked, then I check to see if the cat has food and notice that the litter box needs to be cleaned, then because I fed the cat the dog is sitting by the pantry waiting for a treat! Then I have to feed my beast of a fish. After that I walk through the kitchen and notice that there are some dishes that should probably go in the dishwasher, and then the counter needs to be cleaned, after that I head downstairs to give my son a kiss goodnight(even though he has been asleep for hours) It's just something I do, then I do the same with my daughter, after that I head to the bathroom to brush,floss,wash my face and then head to bed!!!!!! sigh, well that was more than enough rambling for today, wow! If I were at the shrink that would have cost me like $300 so thanks for saving me some money ;) I leave you with some photo's.

I survived!!! We didn't get home til 3am, then it took me an hour to clean my house up(see pictures below) before my family arrived home the next am. We had a blast.
The Stag went well, started off with some laser tag then back to my house for some games and Jello shots! Then it was off to dinner, where we got a surprise stripper!! Then it was downtown to hit the bars. Great night!

Damn.WTF, Every freaking time I turn around it's Tuesday. Seriously where the hell are the weeks going. I just got home from work, and it's 12:30 am....Tuesday morning. So I thought I would check blogger before I went to bed and sure enough I see my brothers already got his RTT up. Damn, I've got nothing!!!!!I already posted my camping pictures, then again in Black and White, so now what?
This is possibly the busiest summer I can remember, I have not had a free day yet. Between camping,work,kids,company,renovations(hoping to sell the house within the next 2 months)and throw a bridal shower, bachelorette party and wedding in there, well the summer is done.
I am a bridesmaid/photographer(I know, right!) in a wedding coming up in September, one of the joys of being in a wedding is throwing the Bachelorette party!!! Oh yeah the one night girls can run around town carrying blowup dolls, and penis covered veils(oh ya I bought her that)So it is this Saturday, we are starting at my house with some Jello shooters, a Giant penis pinata, penis cake and of course, pin the junk on the hunk( Don't worry I will have some delightful pictures for you Sunday morning. So I leave with that, it's not alot but hey I just got home from work I am tired and want to go to bed, and I will be to busy tomorrow, oh wait today to post so I thought I would do it now. This horse was at a little farm on the side of the road, I could have taken his picture all day!! He was so friendly.

Tonight we had some company over for dinner, they have a son who is almost 2. Now before I continue with my story I need to share a photo with you of my dog and his beloved "pooh"

My dog chews on this toy everyday for hours at a time. Tonight we had just finished dinner and the kids were still at the table. The 2 year old decided he wanted to play with pooh bear, and started sucking on his head. Now if you look at his head you will notice it is discoloured from months of sucking and chewing by my dog.
A few minutes later my daughter came out of the bathroom looking sick (At this point we didn't know that the little one had chewed the pooh(tee hee)
Mikayla: Mom, Lucas picked up Montana's pooh bear and started sucking on the head.....Where Montana ALWAYS chews on it
Me: Eww, that is kinda gross

I almost missed Random Tuesday, what was I thinking, maybe nothing because it is 38 degrees here(that's 100 for my American friends), people are literally melting on the sidewalk....seriously. I had a dream the other night that my brother(the one who doesn't blog)and I were at a carnival having a great time, then we called my mom to come pick us up. When she arrived she was the terminator(creepy music included) and she chased us around trying to kill us........

We had company this weekend, lots of fun, my little neice Kayleela is so adorable and she loves my son so much, she follows him everywhere holding his hand and was always by his side. so cute

We had an unbelievable thunderstorm here last night. We usually get a few zaps of lightning but last night it lasted for about 3 hours. I decided to try and get a picture of lightning, I have been trying to get a shot since I got my first camera as a kid. After 260 pictures(I got the lightning around 130 shots but was trying to get another one!)and about the same amount of mosquito bites! Luckily now I have my DSL. So here it is!!!!!!

It's that time of the week again, Random Tuesday people, grab the button and join in on the madness!!!

Where to begin. I hate that I have to drive every morning to get a coffee, yes I own a coffee pot, but ever since I started drinking Tim Horton's coffee everything else tastes yucky!!!
It's supposed to be freaking hot this week, like high 30's(that's around 100 F) Gross, I hate it when it is that hot.
Mosquitoes are truly evil, they are plaguing my province, probably everywhere else too, they are evil little freaks of nature, If I go outside for long periods of time I might need a transfusion
I love when my cat meows at me and no sound comes out, it's the cutest thing.
I started reading the book My sisters keeper, I like reading the book before I watch the movie. Holy Randomness Batman!!!
My son caught his first fish this past weekend, he was very excited, drop by his blog and check it out DakodaD

Last weekend we went camping at a KOA, I love KOA's, we got one of their little cabins, I love not having to set up a tent. Also the pool,games room, mini golf, restaurant, showers, laundry and free wireless internet was pretty cool too. Gotta love roughing it. On our camping trip we went for a boat ride and found a cool campsite that you could only access by boat. My daughter and I wandered off to go find an outhouse after trying to attempt showing her how to squat and pee

We wandered off to find an outhouse and got lost in the dense forest. I tried to remain calm while my brain was freaking out and replaying scenes from the Blair Witch Project, Friday the 13th, and any other movie involving ghosts, serial killers in forests. Wow, with all the junk I have ready to spew out you would think it was for Random Tuesday, I guess it is still technically Tuesday but I already posted for that. Hmm maybe we will call this post random Tuesday thoughts that should have been posted earlier so it could have been my random Tuesday post.....
I had mentioned in my last two posts about the hell hounds that have moved in next door Since there arrival I have had my digital camera(set on video mode) sitting beside my kitchen window, trying to catch the beasts that live next door and the vile sounds that come from their psychotic mouths. So this morning my timing work and I captured it on video. This is mild compared to most days but you will still get the picture. This goes on all day and night. Do they make prozac for pooches.

Now onto pole dancing. The other day I was going to pick up dog food and I saw a group of younger kids, all drunk apparently cause hey it was 4:30pm, who isn't wandering around the streets pissed and looking for a fight. So this group of drunks picks a fight with another group of drunks, then they both stagger off in different directions. Not before a classy young lady who is wearing a skirt that barely covers her ass, decides to swing on the bus pole and do a little pole dancing for the lucky folks driving home from work. Classy!

So This past week my kids were gone on vacation, they are back now, the night after they got home I had to work from 12am to 8 am (unbelievably shitty shift) So I was hoping to sleep in on Saturday morning.
Mik *bursting into my room at 8am* Mom the cat barfed....like everywhere
Me: huh oh ok
Mik: Ya it's huge it's like this big *making a circle with her fingers*
Me: seriously?
So I get up and clean up cat puke, then around 10am my step father calls me to tell me my mom was in a car accident and was being taken by ambulance into town. So I met them at the hospital, 3 hours later after my poor mom had been strapped down with a neck collar on the Dr comes in and 3 minutes later discharges her.... Thankfully she is ok, has whiplash and some bruising. So after that I head home and try to take a nap seeing how I have to go to work in 10 hours. No such luck the next door neighbors zombie dogs are barking and howling again, only now they are in my back yard, pissing in my garden!!!! So I get up and realize I am not getting any sleep.Yada Yada Yada, go to work at midnight, manage to sneak in 2 hours of sleep there, then head home at 8am. I know this story is dragging but deal with it. So I get home and want to go to bed, but my husband and the kids are going fishing in the new boat(lent to us by my mom and stepdad)So I decide to forget the sleep and spend the day on the boat with the fam!!

It's Random Tuesday Time!

Um I have new neighbors, they moved here from the country, with their 3 dogs, with their 3 obnoxious,loud,psychotic,rabid,howling,beasts of dogs. Seriously people these things bark all day and night, and then they howl, it sounds like mutant zombie dogs from hell. I am trying to get a video of it so you can hear it for yourselves.....damn scary.

My children left this am for the Calgary Stampede!!! I am not one of those moms that waits til the car is out of the drive way and breaks open the champagne and screams FREEDOM!!!! I miss them already! The house is to quiet. At least I can curse like a trucker all week, without having to look over my shoulder to see if anyone heard.....Oh well they will be home on Friday........ That's really all I have to say... As always I do have photo's to share!!

This is my little sister's 100th post and she asked if I'd guest post for it. What could I say? She let me stay at her house this weekend and fed me while the Dumbass family was up visiting Dumbasistan. So, here's a Random Tuesday 100th post guest blog. Or, my sister's 99th post and my 846th since she didn't actually write it. Cheater.

Thanks Miki, my darling niece, for stamping Liam with purple dots from what I can only imagine was a Sharpie. Those 200 purple dots are still there on his arms, legs, stomach and chest. They're not going anywhere either which is good since he's decided they are his little purple spider friends.

I'd really like to thank my children for making our trip back from my family's so enjoyable. Really, hearing you two draw out the word 'booooooooring' or asking 'are we home yet?' every kilometre of our nearly 400 kilometre trip was magical. Truly magical. Yes, honey, we're home. We live in a FUCKING FORREST!

And thank you Josh and Dakoda for teaching my sons 'stupid jokes.' These are jokes that aren't funny unless you're under 4 feet tall and don't make any sense whatsoever. Apparently a lot of them had something to do with a stapler because staplers are funny. Really funny. If you're six. Thanks.

In the middle of writing this I got a call from Supreme Leader telling me she'd just emailed me a link. It was a quick call. There was mirth. The link turned out to be Grammar Girl: Quick & Dirty Tips. Guess she's getting tired of my constantly asking her where I need an apostrophe. A couple of weeks ago she actually stuck some post-it notes to the front of our computer with my usual offenses. I can already feel the teachers who read me shaking their heads. What can I say, I'm getting dumber. I am pleased to see that while 'alright' (which I use constantly) isn't technically a word, since language is constantly in flux, it is on its way to becoming real. *sticks tongue out*

Wow, this is my 97th post, I am almost at 100.

Anyways kiddies it's that time again, unload your inner thoughts,weirdness, or just plain randomness!!!
This past weekend my family went on our first camping trip of the year, I managed to take around 300 photo's, and no I am not going to make you look at them all, just a few of my favorites.

First, I have a question for ya! If you are sitting on a public beach and it's a warm sunny day and there is a slight breeze, would you not feel the wind on your ass?? Especially when half of it is hanging out the back of your pants.

My husband was the first to notice this so of course I grabbed my camera, he looked at me strangely and told me I was weird. No way baby, that is a blog post waiting to happen. Ever notice now how everything becomes a blog idea, and the best part is you don't have to search to hard because there is random weirdness all around!!!

Wow, it's been 8 days since my last blog!My husband was away on a business trip all last week so I was playing role of mom and dad, and we all went camping this weekend so I haven't had any time. I know, excuses, excuses. Well Last week my kids school took part in a project called stream of dreams, they learned about conserving water and helping to keep our rivers,lakes and oceans clean. Each child got to paint a wooden salmon, and then they were hung out on the fence. I volunteered to help putting the salmon up on the fence. Only 3 parents, including myself showed up, so it took us about 6 hours!!!! When it was done it looked awesome. I have some great camping pictures but I wanted to share this one first.

Random Tuesday....Again!! Didn't we just do this??? Is it me or are the weeks going by extremely fast. Now it's Tuesday again and yes I know they are random thoughts, but I've got nothing!!! seriously!!! I feel pressured to come up with something witty and smart, funny or interesting. Well sorry but I have nothing, maybe I should have saved my brother's birthday post for today. So lets see if I can come up with something.
I got a new lawn mower. It's bright green (my husband broke the old one by mowing over a stump from a tree that we lost to the pine beetle last year(whole other story) anyways I had to go by a new one and I picked the bright shinny green one!

Ok I have had this video of my kids for quite some time It was too big of a file so It has taken me awhile to shrink it........ Now there is a spot in the middle where it goes dark, I don't know why it goes dark, it doesn't really matter I am just telling you so you don't think, shitty video, what's going on? Is it over? So you know, it's short, get over it!!!! Also my son tends to wail on the drums, so they are loud, I need to buy the little covers that go over them so they aren't so loud!!

It's that time again....Random Tuesday Brain Farts... I mean thoughts

Oh where to begin.... I had a yard sale this weekend, thankfully we got rid of almost everything, including our microwave. Yes we got rid of it because they are evil, not evil hunt you down and kill you while you are sleeping but changing the molecular structure of your food evil, so we decided to get rid of it, we don't really use it anyways other than microwave popcorn(which I just found out carries the same crap as the plastic bottles you aren't suppose to use) But however there are times when one needs a microwave, like when you buy and extra large double double at Tim Horton's and can't quite suck it back fast enough....sigh.

Also this weekend I bought my son a poster, he has just moved his room down to the basement and wanted some posters, so he picked one out that had a huge skull on it. ok, that's fine. Til I bring the freaking thing home and hang it up. The skull is covered in little satanic symbols WTF???? So I had to get rid of that quick, had to bribe the boy, traded him the poster for 2 different, non satanic posters.

Here's another gem of a conversation. My son wanted a pair of Croc's, you know those fugly shoes that everybody seems to own, which I swore I would never own. But my son wanted a pair so

What other randomness can I give you. Went and saw a specialist(the same guy who has done all 5 of my knee surgeries) So I am sitting in his office and he looks and me and says that my knee doesn't look swollen. Are you freaking kidding me? Um ya well it was the size of a football 7 weeks ago when I made the app. Then he tells me to wait til it swells again then I am to come in immediatly so he can stick a giant needle in my knee to suck out the fluid to see what it is....Good times people, good times.

Lastly if my brother reads this it should be a post for his He blogs/She blogs blog.

What is the deal with nakedness in the public pool change rooms. Now I am not a prude or anything but I am not one to flash my junk in the change room. I always go into the change room or bathroom and get changed there. I started taking my kids to the YMCA for swimming lessons, and they leave a few lanes open for lap swimmers. So the other day I was taking my kids to go swimming before their lessons, we were heading back to the change room so I could get dressed. When you head into the change room you walk through the showers then a narrow( and when I say narrow I mean narrow when you have to walk by a naked woman) so my daughter and I walk in and there is this naked woman late 40's maybe early 50's standing in the narrow hallway butt freaking naked with a towel over her head and she was drying her hair, now people get a visual, naked lady, narrow hallway, vigorously towel drying of hair, body parts shaking, wide eyed 7 year old, mom trying to squeeze her and her daughter by without contact. So I realized it has been a week since I sat down and wrote? Have I been busy? Not overly. Sometimes I just find it hard to write something interesting, but every week Tuesday comes along and Hello! It's random thoughts people there is not to much brain work in that. So here I go

Last Friday it was my friends(ya you blogger stalker)birthday, so we decided to head out for our second annual birthday Tattoo and lunch day. Well really second annual for her with the tattoos, I got #18 done. I didn't really have a tattoo that I NEEDED at the moment, but hey, I can't go into Rocky's Tattoo parlor and not get some ink! Si I decided on a small one on my wrist, after It was done I realized I needed to get the other one touched up so it is as bright as the new one!

I had a crazy dream the other night and what better day to share it than today. So In my dream we decided to have another baby, only I couldn't carry it so my husband did (I know, right!) anyways he went and had the baby and forgot to tell me(typical man) so It was now 4 or 5 days after he had the baby that he decided to tell me (I guess he was still really fat and I didn't notice?) anyways I started freaking out and screaming at him that If I didn't bond with the child in the first 2 days it was useless. then I woke up.

My knee is still sore, but I have to work, bitch,bitch,bitch, I know but hey! I need to get the hours because If I leave work now on a med leave then once I see the specialist in a month and tells me I need surgery and can possible have it done in 6 months....well then I will probably need the med leave then.

Totally forgot it was Tuesday so here is some randomness for you, today while I was inside I looked out the window and saw my daughter "playing" with a boy from down the street. As a mother I wanted to run outside and scream "That's enough, break it up", but as a blogger I grabbed my camera instead, and here's what I got

So this weekend was pretty much useless..... Since my knee looks like a football there is not too much I can do. Saturday I lazed around doing nothing and today I had to take my 1st aid course because it has been 3 years. So like I said not too much excitement, I did however capture this great photo. This one is of my aquarium, as soon as I saw this picture the first thing that came to my mind was......OH SHIT!!!! click on the picture to see it full size, to really capture the feeling in that poor little bugger!!

Also just had to throw this one in. My husband went to Costco Saturday to get some steaks for dinner tonight, so I took this shot of my daughter.

That's my sweet little carnivore. I realized I need to take some more pictures of my son, but seeing how he is an active 9 year old boy, he is never home.....

Fish Floors and bleeding Knees

Ok, so I am finding it really hard to blog every day, now that I am working 5 days a week. Then when I sit down in front of my computer I suffer from brain farts(that's where any thought or idea just releases leaving me with nothing!)
Well the floor is finally finished, it looks amazing the only problem is I don't have new furniture to put in there, and I am not entirely happy with the stuff I have, so until I can find a slip cover I like for my furniture it remains empty....pretty, but empty

On to sadder topics, we merged our 2 55 gallon aquariums into one, so now the sucker fish and the oscar live together, so far they are happy. Now we set up an aquarium with all the smaller fish (who whould have been turks snack) in our sons room. Only problem is one of those fish is a nasty stinky mutant growing goldfish. Which ate 2 of my kids fish. So we put him in with the big guys.....so far he has survived!

Lastly my bleeding knee. about 18 months ago I had knee surgery after a sist ruptured in my knee, during this time It felt like cold water was dripping down my leg....not so pleasant, the Dr informed me that feeling was bleeding inside my leg. because of our lovely medical system it would have been 6 months to see the specialist and 6 months after that for surgery. So after handing them over almost $3000 I was booked the next week. Yada, Yada, Yada. Skip ahead to yesterday, I was just starting an 8 hour shift when I noticed my knee was starting to hurt. Then I got that damn icy water feeling again. So my shift last night sucked, now tonight I have another 8 hour shift and it looks like there is an orange size lump developing over my knee cap....sympathy...hell ya!!!! sniff, sniff.

One last note 2 conversations with my children

First while watching the Play offs (Go Vancouver!!!) with my daughter a player from St Louis was given a penalty
Mik: what just happened?
Me: He got a penalty for hitting one of our players
Mik: If he tries to hit another one of our guys I am going to march down there and kick him in the crotch!
Me: that's my girl

The next conversation is with my 9 year old son, I had just picked him up from his friends( a child with no parental limitations I am learning)
Dakoda: Oh I guess I can tell you what we were playing at the park cause you won't be scared, but Mikayla would be
Me: what?
Dakoda: We were pretending we had chainsaws and were ripping up zombies backs
Me: nice. please don't ever repeat that to your sister
Dakoda: And we were playing pretend Grand Theft Auto....but with out the sexual content
Me: You need to shut up now because I don't even know how to respond to that!!!
Dakoda.....silence

Camera Critters,butterflys,spiders and a biting bug

Today's camera critters is all about bugs. These shots were taken in my front yard last year!

This butterfly shot is still one of my favorite pictures!!!

I love this spider because he looks like he has a happy face on his belly! These guys are all over my front yard in the cedars.

We found this creepy little guy in the yard, my husband was holding it while I got the picture, if you look closely you can see it is biting him!

1st Friday Lateral thinking challange!!

So I did a blog about these lateral thinking puzzles my son got for Christmas last year, little riddles that you have to figure out the anwsers to. Now some of them are boring, but some are oddly inappropriate for a 9 year old....at least I think. So what better place to share them, than on my blog!! I did think about this around Christmas time, but back then I only had 2 followers Mama Dawg and my Brother Captain Dumbass!! So now I will share them with you! Good Morning, time again for Random Tuesday Thoughts. Head over to the unmom to join in on the fun!
So my house is a disaster area right now due to renovating, I have half my book collection spread out across my kitchen counters and a 6ft tall book shelf right in the middle of the kitchen,which is now being used to store stuff. Anyhow while we were planning on redoing the living room floor I got the bright idea to paint my daughters room. So she and all her clothes,bed,toys have been relocated into her brothers room. I was hoping to have her back in her room by today, but haven't even started painting yet!!!
Someone on our street had an Easter egg hunt in the front yard so we wandered down there. I had to laugh as my daughter ran as fast as she could scooped up eggs screaming "We are winning, Dakoda, we're winning!!!!" I had to politely remind her that it was not a competition!
Sunday night we went to my mother in laws for dinner. As we were sitting down to eat my mother in law was handing out napkins for dinner(which happened to be red) so she looks at my daughter and says "They are red because I killed the Easter bunny"
Well this might of been funny if the person she was telling it to didn't still believe in the Easter bunny!!! My daughter stared at her for a moment with a shocked confused face, til gramma started laughing and telling her she was kidding...so not funny! Then later while they were dancing in the living room...

Gramma: shake your boobies
Me: WTF? What the hell did you just say to my daughter
Gramma: You know, shake your boobies....like the song!
Me: What song are you talking about?
Gramma: You know, shake,shake,shake, shake your boobies!
Me: ummmm that would be shake your BOOTY!!!!!

Monday we went to the wildlife park, when we got there it was hailing, seriously hail in April? Whatever. It stopped shortly after, so all and all it was a good day. Here are some Easter Weekend photos
